What to do if you can't log in
Troubleshoot login issues including forgotten passwords, missing invitation emails, and expired links.
Forgot your password:
- Go to your school's Middah Map login page.
- Click Forgot password? below the login form.
- Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
- Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.
If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Invitation email never arrived:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ask your admin to resend the invitation from Settings → Manage Teachers.
Link says it's expired:
- Invitation links expire after 24 hours. Ask your admin to send a new one.
