Exporting narratives

You can export narratives as a Word document or a spreadsheet. Both options are at the bottom of the Narratives page.

Word document (.docx):

Click Export .docx. Each narrative is formatted as a clean document with the student's name and your school branding. If some students are missing narratives, you'll be warned and can choose to export the ones that are ready or go back to finish first.

Spreadsheet (CSV):

Click Export CSV. The file includes student name, grade, narrative text, observation count, and a link to each student's Middah Map. Useful for pasting into a school information system or sharing with a department head.

Both exports respect the semester and grade filters currently selected on the page.
