What admins can see and do

Admins can do everything a school leader can do, plus:

• Access Settings — configure semester dates, school branding, and more
• Manage teachers — add, invite, import, and change teacher roles
• Manage students — add, import, and archive students
• Browse the Middah Library — view official and community dispositions, create your own school-specific dispositions, and submit them to the community library for other schools to use
• Run Year Rollover — set your character framework, promote students, and set up the new school year
• Send reminders — email teachers to encourage observation logging (school leaders can do this too)
• Generate narratives — use AI to draft character summaries from teacher observations
• Publish narratives — make narratives visible to families or teachers
• Export data — download a complete backup of your school's data (students, teachers, observations, narratives) as a file you can save for your records
• Generate School Reports — produce a written analysis of school-wide character development, grounded in observations and published narratives, with grade-level comparisons. Archived for future reference and exportable as a Word document. Learn more.
