School Reports

School Reports give you a written analysis of character development across your school, grounded in observations teachers logged and narratives that have been published. You can generate one at any inflection point during the year — after Semester 1, after Semester 2, or as a full-year reflection.

Generating a report:

1. Click Reports in the sidebar.
2. Choose the period: Semester 1, Semester 2, or Full Year.
3. Click Generate Report. This takes about 15 seconds.

The report is written by AI but draws only from real data in your school — specific observation notes teachers wrote, and published narratives. It does not invent examples. If no strong example exists for a pattern, it describes the pattern without one.

What the report covers:

• An overall picture of character development for the period
• Which dispositions were most consistently observed school-wide and what that suggests
• How different grade levels showed different patterns
• Specific examples from observations and narratives, anonymous by student
• A closing reflection on what the data suggests and where there is room to grow

Archive:

Every report you generate is saved. You can return to Reports at any time to read past reports or generate a new one. Reports are organized by year and period.

Exporting:

Click Download .docx on any report to export a Word document with your school logo, name, and the report content — formatted to share with a board or faculty.
