Sending reminders to teachers

If teachers have gone quiet, you can send them a reminder email directly from Middah Map. The email includes a direct link to the observation log screen so they can act on it immediately.

Steps:

1. Click Teachers in the sidebar.
2. Check the box next to each teacher you want to remind. You can select multiple teachers at once.
3. Click Send reminders.

The reminder goes to each selected teacher's school email. It comes from your school's configured name with a reply-to address your admin has set — so replies come back to the right person.

Tip:

The Teachers page shows each teacher's last submission date, color-coded by recency. Use this to identify who needs a nudge without having to guess.
