What school leaders can see and do
An overview of what school leaders can access and do in Middah Map.
As a school leader, you can:
- View the Overview dashboard and all its metrics — how to read the dashboard
- View all students and their profiles
- View and edit narratives
- View the Teachers page — each teacher shows their observation count, last submission date (color-coded by recency), and a link to their full history. Select any teachers and click Send reminders to email them a direct link to the log screen.
- View the Strengths page — observation counts broken down by each of the nine character strengths, grouped by Heart, Mind, and Will
- Generate and view School Reports — a written analysis of school-wide character development patterns, grounded in observations and narratives from the year. Learn how School Reports work.
If you need to do something that's greyed out, reach out to your school admin.
