Viewing a student's profile
What you can see on a student's profile — observations, strengths, narratives, and the Middah Map.
Each student has a profile that shows everything you've observed about them over the course of the year.
Steps:
- Click Students in the sidebar.
- Click any student's name to open their profile.
What you'll see:
At the top, a summary of strengths observed across all teachers:
- Signature Strengths — character strengths with 3 or more observations from any teacher
- Emerging Strengths — strengths that have been observed exactly twice
The profile has three tabs:
- Observations — your own observations for that student, organized by date and grouped by school year
- Narratives — any published narratives for that student, organized by school year and semester. This tab only appears once a narrative has been published.
- Middah Map — a radar chart showing all nine character strengths. Learn how to read it.
You can also edit or delete any observation you've logged by clicking into it.
